Our Classes

Let's Make Fresh Egg Pasta from Scratch: $69

Learn the delicacies of 00 and Semolina Flours.
Create the dough. Use a pasta rolling machine and shape into pasta. While the dough rests, we'll make a nice fresh sauce and then eat with our new friends.

Full 5 Course Italian Dinner; $99

Menu Varies: Upcoming Class
My classes are very hands on. We’ll greet each other with a Prosecco toast.
Menu
1. Antipasti: Make Olive Tapenade enjoy it with cheeses while we prep the other courses.
2. Risotto: simple with a splash of prosecco, some grated Pecorina Romano and lemon zest.
3. Meatballs: pork and beef like my Italian dad made with Pine Nuts (if allergic we will make some without).
4. Zucchini stuffed with a bruschetta blend: tomato, garlic, olive oil, basil
5. Flourless Chocolate Torte fresh from the oven
